The Norman Rockwell Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm your order details.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original shipping box, including the packing slip and clearly marking the RA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to the Museum

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our Stockbridge, Massachusetts location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
